Pradeep Jonnalagadda holds a BE degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Osmania University, India. In a Java career spanning a decade he specialized in designing and writing highly scalable middle tier systems. Pradeep is a Sun Certifed Java Programmer and has taught Java in a class room environment.The technical curiosity, depth of knowledge and steadiness he brings to the table ensured renewal of several of his contracting assignments and won numerous appreciations from the likes of fortune 500 clients such as CSC, DST and Bank of America.

Venkatesh Meesala is an experienced technical trainer and software expert; he has a gift for explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Over the past 11 years he has worked in the computer industry as a Technical Architect, Software Trainer and Project Leader. He has trained people with a wide range of careers fields, and on topics ranging from Java Programming to Project Management. Venkatesh has supported and led a number of projects throughout his career. Some of his project career highlights include: leading the creation of the WDMS System a work flow distribution management system; Design and implementation of LENS system at AT&T; and architect system-wide interfaces to legacy systems and mentor and train team members on web application development. Venkatesh is a Certified PMP member of PMI. He has thousands of hours of Project Management experience that ranges from project team member up to technical project manager and even outside project consultant. Throughout his professional career Venkatesh has thrived with his knowledge, people skills, and analytical capabilities improving each organization and project he encounters. Venkatesh holds Masters degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and currently resides in Hoover, Alabama, with his wife, five year old daughter and infant son. He continues to work as a technical consultant and content expert and project management training consultant as well as providing in-person and live virtual training.
