The class is presented online using Mikogo (Web Conferencing tool)Mikogo. This enables you to see the presentation from your computer. To hear the instruction you need to make a long distance call to a tele conference number. This conference number and participant code would be provided at the beginning of the class through email.
How interactive are these classes?
Equal importance is given to theory as well as class room exercises. The concepts imparted in every class are mastered through class room exercises. The solutions to the class assignments are made available at the end of the exercises. Any further questions, students might have are dealt personally via email or phone.
How do I prepare my computer for class?
Upon payment of fee detailed instructions to configure your computer for the course are emailed.
What if I like to see if it works for me?
If you are interested in attending the first class without payment, please email us at support@globalinfomatics.com . After attending the first class you need to make a full payment to attend the rest of the classes.
You need to have a phone with long distance service for clear & reliable communication.In case you don't have a phone with long distance or your phone battery dies, as a backup you could log into our voice chat facility at Pal Talk. This is a free service and you need to have a microphone and speakers to communicate. Instructions on how to connect to the class using this service would be sent upon registration. Global Infomatics cannot guarantee the quality or availability of the service all the time.
The registration button on each course will direct you to the Pay Pal. We urge you to pay in advance to secure your attendance since classes are small. If you decide to cancel on us after the first class, we will refund your payment in full.
